Susan Anderson

Susan Anderson recently started adgrlSu Social Media Management in the Inland Empire after spending over ten years in the advertising and marketing industry. Susan began her career in television advertising, working for leading cable companies.  During that time she worked with hundreds of local businesses to develop their brands and implement multi-faceted advertising campaigns as both an Account Executive and as a Sales Manager.  Most recently, Susan held the position of Western Region Sales Manager for an event promotion ad network where she worked alongside national and international entertainment companies to promote their events. Susan also currently instructs at the Art Institute of California-Inland Empire campus in San Bernardino, CA.

Her professional career outside of academia includes serving as a Board Member for the California Riverside Ballet where she lends her skills to coordinating all marketing plans and daily management of social media.  Susan has also been a past collegiate chapter recruitment advisor for Delta Gamma Sorority at the University of California at Riverside.  Susan is fascinated by new media and social media platforms and spends an ample amount of her time researching and experimenting with the various applications.

Susan holds Masters of Business and Bachelors of Science degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi where she participated in the British Studies and Business in Spain study abroad programs.
